How fast can a nurse come?

Do you treat strep too?

A provider reviews your result and symptoms and, if appropriate, discusses treatment. All prescribing decisions are made by a licensed provider after evaluation.

Is a rapid test always accurate?

No test is perfect. Rapid antigen tests can miss some cases, especially in children, so your provider interprets the result in the context of your symptoms and may recommend a throat culture when clinically indicated.

Is this for emergencies?

No. If you or your child have trouble breathing, can’t swallow or are drooling, have neck swelling or a very high fever, seek emergency care — call 911.
