1. Introduction
IV Glow Bar Inc ("IV Glow Bar," "we," "us") operates the website at www.ivglowbar.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit the Platform, create an account, purchase non-medical products or services, or otherwise interact with us.
Clinical services on the Platform are provided by IV Glow Bar & Co LLC, an affiliated California medical practice ("the Medical Group"). The Medical Group is a HIPAA covered entity. Information you provide that is collected, maintained, or disclosed by the Medical Group as part of your clinical care is Protected Health Information ("PHI") and is governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices issued by the Medical Group, not by this Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and the Medical Group's Notice of Privacy Practices.
2. What's Covered by This Privacy Policy vs. PHI
Information you provide to IV Glow Bar Inc for purposes other than clinical care — including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, date of birth, account credentials, payment information for non-medical products, and your interactions with our marketing communications and the Platform — is governed by this Privacy Policy. This information is not considered Protected Health Information under HIPAA.
Information you provide as part of clinical care (intake questionnaires, medical history, prescription records, lab results, telehealth consultation notes) is Protected Health Information governed by the Medical Group's Notice of Privacy Practices.
We do not use PHI for marketing or advertising and we do not share PHI with advertising platforms.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell PHI. We do not share PHI with advertising platforms.
We may share non-PHI personal information with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (payment processing, shipping carriers, customer-support tools, email service providers, analytics).
- The Medical Group and our compounding pharmacy partner, where necessary to fulfill a clinical service or prescription you have requested.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for the limited purposes of measuring our advertising performance and reaching new prospective customers. We have configured these tools to exclude PHI. We do not use information about specific health conditions, prescriptions, or telehealth visits for advertising.
- Law enforcement or government authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
- In connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, sale of assets), subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The Medical Group separately retains medical records for the period required by applicable law (in California, typically 7 years from the date of the last visit for adults).
7. Your Privacy Rights
California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect about you and how we use and disclose it; (b) request a copy of your personal information; (c) request that we correct inaccurate personal information; (d) request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; (e) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; (f) limit the use of sensitive personal information; (g) be free from retaliation for exercising your rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share certain personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising in ways that may be considered "sharing" under California law.
