Suitability for IV therapy is reviewed during your pre-treatment intake. Your nurse or provider will screen for contraindications, allergies, and current medications before treatment. If weight management is part of your wellness goals, your provider can discuss whether other options may be more appropriate.

Important Information About IV Therapy

IV therapy is administered by licensed nurses under the supervision of a licensed physician. It is not appropriate for everyone. Possible side effects include injection-site reactions, vein irritation, bruising, lightheadedness, and rare allergic reactions.

Treatments are delivered intravenously through an IV infusion and typically take 30–60 minutes, depending on the selected drip. No self-injection or at-home administration is required.
